I’m excited to share my Fall teaching schedule with you. This post is for my Belmont classes, which start next week!

In addition to the classes listed above, we also have a special Teen Belly Dance Class on Mondays. You can register for any of these directly through Better Together Dance Theatre in Belmont. You can also always contact me with any questions.

In South San Francisco we are still finishing up our Summer term. But you can register for the Fall term here.

Carnival of Stars 2022

I was so lucky I got to perform twice at the Carnival of Stars Belly Dance Festival on July 16, 2022. This was the first time we’d been able to have the festival since 2019 and it was so happy to be back among old dance friends.

For my first performance I got to dance to live music with Pangia. This was my first time dancing to live music since 2019 and I was so happy.

After that I also performed on the Main Stage.

In between dancing I had a great time listening the the music, volunteering to help out, looking at all the merchandise and most especially watching all the beautiful dancers. If you want to mark your calendars, Carnival of Stars will be back next year on July 15th-16th, 2023!

Student Performance and Updates!

I’m still smiling from ear to ear after this wonderful weekend of performances with my students at Better Together Dance Theatre in Belmont. The studio put on their first ever end-of-the-year showcase, a performance called A Whole New World.

I was thrilled that both my classes wanted to take part. The Basics class performed a beautiful classic piece and the Intermediate+ class did a high-energy Saidi number and I was so proud of all the dancers, most of whom were belly dancing onstage for their first time.

The rest of the show was fabulous as well, with ballet, tap, jazz and modern pieces featuring dancers of all ages set in a unique, engaging storyline that was just so much fun. It was an honor to be part of it!

While I am still feeling the glow from the weekend, I’m also planning for summer classes :). Classes at Better Together will be drop-in for summer. We start June 6th. SSF classes are enrolling now. All the details on my Classes page and, as always, you can contact me with any questions!

Updates and Summer Classes

Hi Dancers,

I can’t believe I’m writing about Summer classes already. Where has the year gone?

My Classes Page is updated with my summer teaching schedule. The big change is that my Belmont classes at Better Together Dance Theatre will be drop-in for summer! Many people ask me if I have drop-ins available and so I’m very happy that we can offer this for summer. I hope this allows some new dancers to come experience the fun and joy of belly dance.

And in other exciting news, the Belmont classes is hard at work on a special performance… more on that next week!

Springtime Belly Dance

Spring Classes are enrolling now through the South San Francisco Parks and Rec. We start on April 6th and as of right now there is still room in both the Beginning and Intermediate/Advanced classes. Both classes have filled up the past several terms, so please don’t wait to register if you’d like to join us. Registration info is on my Classes page and you can always contact me with any questions.

My classes in Belmont continue as usual, and some dancers are working towards an upcoming show! You can join these classes at any time, and all information is on my Classes page.
